Maintenance Case Part 2

Yesterday was my 2nd mediation appointment..I reached there 10 minutes earlier.So I register myself, he still have not came.Takpelah belum time pun.After checking my handbag..alamak forgot my bank book so called hubby to come back cos my bankbook is inside the van.When I came out of the building...Terbnampak muka familiar..Huh he came at last..Same again..hari hujan.. So took my bankbook and proceed to 2nd floor.After our names were called..we went to the mediation room for the discussion abaout the money matters..Bebual macam ye-ye...nak step gangster jer..Maintenance is $200 per child.. He says: Gaji saya sekarang $800/mth so saya takde duit nak bayar dia $600/mth.Saya nak turunkan to $300/mth = $100/child. I say: Kalau kau nak bayar aku that amount, aku rasa itu duit kau simpan, kau jagalah anak-anak kau sendiri then kau boleh tau whether that $300/mth for 3 children cukup ke tak... He says: Abeh kau nak aku buat macam mana!!Gaji aku tak cukup,And he told the mediator that he have his own family to support. Well peeps he only have to support his wife and 1 step-dotter as for me my hubby have to support 3 step-sons and 1 of his own son.So I think he's just being selfish just thinking about him only.. Lepas tu nak step gangster...Buat malu budak-budak kau lah A.K. My son says that he worked permanent night shift and morning he drive a passenger van..What do you think of him??Anak tiri lagi penting dari anak sendiri.I don't know what type of father he is..Wat I can say is, biarlah sekarang dia bohong..Allah lebih mengetahui selebihnye..I leave everything to Allah and as for me n hubby...bersabar saja... Outside the judgeroom we quarelled again cos he's not happy that I stopped my son from seeing him.I shout at him back in front of 1 of the policeman..kau asal..aku punya sukalah aku nak kasi anak aku tgk kau..aku yang kasi anak aku makan!! After everything settled, along the way to go out, he told me, "kau nak main game dengan aku kape? I told him "kau punya sukalah nak main game ke ape ke, kau manusia perfect pe takde buat silap.." But if maksud kau main game nak babitkan budak-budak gangster kau and if anything were to happen to me or my hubby..mesti kau punya kerja..kalau kau nak panngil orang pukul aku pun...family aku mesti cari kau!!! Conclusion: He owes me $6100. 1st payment on 31/03/2009: $300 The balance: $100/mth Inilah balasannnye bila seseorang yang suka swindle duit orang lain..Bila dah kaya, duit da banyak...berfoya-foya dengan perempuan lain..enjoy..so now da jatuh ditimpa tangga pun masih nak step GANGSTER!!lagi ada hati nak berbual pasal TANGGUNGJAWAB!! |
