Hi peeps... I took leave yesterday that is 09.03.2009.I have to attend court mediation because my ex-hubby default my children's maintenance.I have compromised with him since may last year..I know abs-con could not get a job easily.So in October when he was released, I gave him ample time to pay wether its full or partial payment.He, himself told me that he would pay end November once he got a job.But when comes to end month, he refused to inform me any news.So I keep quiet and just wait for end December.Still no news.He told me it's not easy when the employer knows you're an ex-convict.So STUPID to inform them!!Of course they will reject your application.So in January he got a job.So I waited till end January...Still no news and don't want to make an effort to inform me wether he still wants to pay or not..If 1 child I don't mind but 3 children!!!So I decided to file a complaint. Date of Mediation: 09.03.2009 Time: 2pm Weather: Raining Heavily Venue: Family Court Mediation Chamber 2nd Level I reached there at 1.51pm.As per normal I have to register at the counter and wait for HIM to come..Waited n waited n waited tilllll 3pm.My number was called and I was given another date and for him, he did not turn up so the court will issue summon to him..After everything settled, I went home. Reached home at 3.30pm playing with my lil Masrizq.My hp rang...Number appeared to be not familiar so I did receive the call.Then my message song beep....Argh..this no again and who the hell is this person?? Message read and received at 3.46pm: Kau btul2 menyusahkan aku.kau tk tau ari ujan ke n kau waste aku nye x pai kau da alik.basah kuyup aku sampai last tkde pape.kau ingat aku takde keje nak buat ehk..! So peeps..am I in the wrong side or HIM? As stated appt is at 2pm and GOD he reached there at 3.46pm..Who the hell he is? VIP? He thought the JUDGE will wait for him?? And another thing...How do I know that yesterday will be a rainy day..I'm not a weather Forecast in charge!!! So I forward the message to my elder sis advise me not to reply his message cause it will make matters worst..So for now wait for the next court date!! |
